..*.. Soundwaves ..*..
Quick post this. Alerting you to a couple of MP3 tracks linked to the sidebar on the right-hand side of this blog. It's under "Sounds". You could call it indulging haphazard experimental instincts... or plain mucking around ;) It can get quite boring doing regular chord progressions, at times you need a bit of a wander down other lanes of the heart and mind (too sterile sticking to verse/chorus/verse all the time).
You're welcome to have a listen...
The last couple of days I've been reading an essay on Mark Latham, getting a feel for what he stands for and where his policies could go. I'm not voting Labor but I think it's good to know what these potential leaders have in mind. The guy hasn't really put himself out there enough for the electorate to decide... writing five books isn't enough, not everyone has time to read a book no matter how clearly-stated someone's policies and stances are. Hopefully this changes in the forthcoming weeks of the election campaign. Wouldn't it be nice if the media would hold some responsibility in actually researching Latham's thoughts and writings to get the ideas out there... wishful thinking!
Keep in touch y'all,
Dan.
