Said goodbye to the boys today, once again. There's a certain bond you get when you've been best mates since high school, it's like this brotherly thing. It's different to what you can have with girls, the friendship I mean. There's certain things that are off-limits when chatting to chick friends; even if they don't mind there's still a buzzer that goes off when you want to say something slightly controversial. I guess the last 12 months I've missed the mateship more than I initially thought. Although I've been busy with university and in between jobs and music and reading... those things were not at all a healthy and the "right" replacement for having the boys around. However, I don't at all regret any of the life-moves I've made over the last 12 months. It's just that this certain foundation in your life is missing... it's very very important. Everyone should appreciate who they have in their lives especially those great friends who ya take for granted sometimes.

One thing you realise or appreciate more when your friends come back after a long absence is the silent and relaxed moments. And all the bloody dirty and fucking funny shit that goes on!!
It was only 10 days but we had some great moments and great laughs :)

Looking forward to you guys coming back and for the foolish times to continue. Take care of yourselves and rock on brothers. Let me know if you need me to do more shopping for yas!!! *wink, wink* :P
