The bed is calling me... among other things/places.

I've decided (maybe this personal decision took tool long lol) that I have an inherent flaw in the make-up of my natural behaviour. Why do I say this? Well everyone that knows me well understands I have a LongDistanceFriendship trait lol. It's something to laugh about most of the time... but hell, who am I kidding, it causes more pain and longing than anything! My fault, I know... but I just make great friends overseas, it's not the healthiest and most sane thing to do. More than anyone else I say to myself "How 'bout meeting new people here?"... it just seems, and feels, like there are less barriers with creating a strong friendship with someone you are not in front of. It's the whole face thing lol. It's a frighteningly easy way to trust someone who's so far away and just unload your life bit by bit on them. Most of all it's fucking plain inconvenient lol. I miss people too much... not the best 2-3 years in terms of longing for friends and loves. It's been a fantastically beautiful yet sad ride... I know there's more on the horizon in the next year, looking forward to it immensely... working overseas I hope, meeting Radusia and my other old friends too. I sit here with squintingly-tired eyes daydreaming of things to come...

Yeah, lots of thoughts and musings among other things... friends, work, future, travel, books, issues, RIOTS IN SYDNEY (of which I am wanting to find out more in the next week)... riots in Sydney... Redfern. Australia lol. We have problems in this country, more than we like to think... and I think in the coming years it'll become more and more apparent we need to do something about it... at least let our leaders know we are supporting a vital change in our society. Let's not become anything like the 53rd state.

I wanna say hi again to some people... hi Cee :) Hi Erica :) ..... Hi Radusia, I'm gonna surprise ya with a phone call, and I miss ya.
